How It Works

Truviso has developed an innovative software-based approach to solving the challenge of low-latency data analysis. Our solution is based on an underlying engine that can continuously run large numbers of queries, written in standard SQL against live streams of data as they arrive. This truly unique approach enables instantaneous analysis of huge volumes of heterogeneous data.

• Queries are continuous—always running within the engine—so new results are delivered the instant new data arrives.
• Data does not need to be stored or modified, so the system can keep up with enormous data volumes.
• IT overhead is minimized, since the system uses standard languages and interfaces.
• Thousands of concurrent queries can be run continuously and simultaneously on a single server.
• Queries can be run over both real-time and historical data from within a single engine.
• Incoming data can be optionally persisted for replay, back-testing, drill-down, bench-marking and other purposes.
• The system can be run in a distributed fashion across thousands of applications, databases, edge devices, and other systems in the network.
